dissipointed

last Thursday 12 Feb 2015 myself and 4 other friends [3 girls and 1 guy] went to canal walk to watch the much anticipated Mr Grey. after standing in the popcorn line for almost 40 min it was finally our turn to enter the cinema. imagine our SHOCK and DISAPPOINTMENT to learn at the entrance that our guy friend won't be able to watch the movie as it is for ladies only. he wasn't even offered a complementary ticket or refund but instead just refused entry and told there is nothing they can do about the situation . i think management couldv'e handle the situation better. i must say i didn't enjoy the movie at all because all i could think about was my poor friend outside with a large popcorn and large soda with nowhere to go because be then the shops was close and besides who wants to walk around looking crazy with a large popcorn and soda. so close to 3 hours later we found him outside the cinema looking so miserable and disappointed. Except for wasting his money on snacks that he ended up throwing away he never got to see Mr Grey. i will personally never go back to watch a movie there,Just thought i'd share the **** service canal walk has to offer.
