Dissappointing

We booked to watch Fast 7 on Sunday 5pm, for the Prestige cinema. An hour into the movie we sadly experienced load shedding. I can accept you being out of stock with certain of my favorite items but what I can not accept is being asked to, and I quote \the Manager said you should GET OUT of the cinema". There were a few customers in between me and the staff member so I can not tell you who she was nor could I describe her to you as she left before I could complete asking her if that is how you speak to your paying customers. I paid R120 a seat to be spoken to in that manner ? Training is definitely need in how to speak to your customers and proper procedure implemented on what the staff need to do in the case of load shedding. The manager is aware of the situation and did apologized but what if that was his instruction? Hopefully you will look into this incident and train staff to prevent this from happening to any of your future customers. """
