Dissapointed with Ster Kinekor's service

I am really dissapointed with Ster kinekor . I had made an online booking, they money came off my account , however did not reflect on the app. I went an hour early to check what was happening and they told me that i there was not ticket paid for, I showed them my banking app and it did reflect that the money was taken out, but they still refused to refund me or give me the ticket. They call the customer service line, a lady by the name of Lee/Leigh was rude and un co operative , she has no customer service s****s and needs to be dealt with accordingly. At that point i was really really upset, cause no one My kids were already in the movies and i had to purchase another ticket. They promised to refund me, however it was not done. Till date, Ster kinekor had totally ignored my refund and i am totally dissappointed at the service
