Disrespectful and abusive

On the 5th Jan 2016 me and my husband went to mall of the North to watch a movie. When we got to the counter were you buy snacks and tickets as well we asked the lady which movie is showing she told us to go and check the board as she can't see that, we did and started the queue again and we got assistance. We were informed to chose where we would like to seat which we choose the first row at the back. When we got inside the room we found a couple sitting there so we decided to look for alternative seats to avoid conflicts, immediately when the movie was starting 4 people walked into the theatre and found that their seat was taken and they went to a called Lesetja who came and moved everyone to their respective seats and he moved us bit when he got to where we are suppose to sit he left us standing there saying that is not his problem he walked out and left us standing there, we went outside looking for the manager who offered to refund us our money as they couldn't move those people but they had the nerve to move us WHY? I wanted to watch the movie so bad but now Lesetja ruined our night. My husband works in Pretoria and I am working in Polokwane and the 5th Jan was his last day
