Disorganized caused miss 30 min of movie

Tonight me and my wife went to watch Jurassic World 3D at 17:15 at the brand new Prestige Cinema at the opening of the new Ster Kinecor at Baywest Mall.Nice service and new smell.The movie started and the lady to our order she came back to say I must pay outside with my Card this made me leave the movie. Came outside and went to pay at the Prestige pay point after waiting they said the card machines are not work and I must pay at the normal tills.This took even longer as there only cash pay point open and the one card machine was offline again and finally placed my order after 30min of missing the movie and being told sorry new machines and not everything is working.What service is this at a Prestige cinema and a brand new Ster Kinekor making your clients wait and miss their movie that's not cheap and only being offered \Sorry new machines"for an excuse. I am a loyal customer for long at Ster Kinekor and going tonight to sit in the Fancy Prestige Cinema and receiving this service. I was looking to be wow but missing the start to a awesome movie really poor!!! """
