Disorganized

All I can say is that they were just disorganized from the get go. Possibly used to a normal Tuesday morning and not a Public Holiday. How can you start showing films at 09:05 and only open your Ticket office at 08:55? And then when opened only have Two point of sales open. And to top that off have problems with change where one of the two point of sales attendant run off searching for more. And wait it gets better. Have a manager that has an attitude problem when people complain to him.
