Disgustingly Disappointing Unhygienic Toilets

I really don't understand the reason we are paying R2 to go into unhygienic toilets. When this was first implemented at Sterland for us customers to pay to get to toilets, I thought to myself maybe they're struggling with the cleaning services and they got someone independent to clean the toilets and that's why we paying. <br> <br> Then I still ask myself what are the R2 for because I've never went to Sterland when found the toilets clean and smelling great. Just by passing the the toilet on the ground floor you can smell urine. A very deep smell of urine and because one has to go to the toilet Wether they like it or not I had to go in and pay R2 to use stinking dirty toilets where you still see urine stains below the tubs and next to seats in toilets, the toilet tubs very dirty inside, no tissues in the toilets, in other toilets you find unused tissues on the floor. <br> <br> Then I still ask myself, what are we paying for? <br> <br> Do we as your customers have to ask for toilets to be cleaned even when you are making us pay for using them? <br> <br> I had been watching movies at Sterland since 2005 and never have I found dirty toilets until this pay issue was implemented and now the toilets are unhygienic.
