Disgustingly bad service at the Maponya mall branch

Last night me and my partner went to go buy tickets at 19h52, for a movie that was meant to start at 21h15 according to your screen. The guy that assisted us just gave us tickets and did NOT say anything..so we go to the Spur just opposite to have supper. When we come back at 21h15 there is NO staff member to assist us, we wasted 10mins looking at every corner for assistance. Only to find the manager in the office..when we get to her we tell her we would like to buy something to drink and snack on and that our movie has started! Her response was "we are closed". When we ask her where it is written because we were sold tickets for 21h15 and no one said anything she says "do we have to put up signage for you??" She gave us soo much attitude for a manager, no professionalism; no customer service whatsoever! She then offers us vouchers, and that is NOT the point! People should just do their job, im sure thats simple
