DISGUSTING SERVICE - *****ING MONIES

We bought tickets on Saturday to watch a movie, when arriving at the cinema, we were informed that they have load shedding and we are not able to watch the movie. We were requested to e-mail a request for a refund but we have to date not received our monies. you can phone the call centre, Thokozane promised to follow up on the refund, but she never phone back. I now wonder if we will ever get our monies back.
