Disgusting Service

Who ever might read this<br> <br> I have never had so much trouble as I have had tonight, firstly I never pay for movies as I use my Discovery Miles but when I tried to book tonight it keeps kicking me out of the authorisation screen, even worse when I try to call the call centre to complain and see if there is something they can do, I get a story of high call volumes and a long wait but after a minute of waiting the call disconnects. Movie Cinemas are loosing money due to people staying home, and when someone wants to go and watch a movie they make it so difficult to do so. Totally disgusted.<br> Brenden
