Disgusting marketing and horrible service

Your N1 city branch is PATHETIC along with your worthless marketing team. In the week we were told to buy a slushy or a popcorn to watch the new Fast X movie. Just to be informed upon arrival it had been rescheduled WEDNESDAY already due to loadshedding (NEWS ****ing flash) the power is on... How could u have known Wednesday already there would've been loadshedding with our government being so unpredictable.. I would've understood if u attempted letting people know this morning yess... But Wednesday? And just so BTW nooo one made contact with any of the people that showed up for the screening... Numerous families showed up to watch this movie and were turned away... pathetic!!!!!! I will never ever support u guys again when i can download a movie from home or stream it online... Ur N1 city branch manager is extremely rude and short tempered... She was not understanding at all and told us to go to the info desk... Where they had nooooo answers... "Phone the marketing manager" but her phone is off... Obviously... Then phone zayn... Big surprise Zayn doesn't give a **** and refuses to refund me...
