DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE Imax Cape Gate!!!

Yesterday I took my family to the SterKinekor Cape Gate Imax theatre to watch the new Jurassic World in 3D for Father's day.I am putting it lightly to say that I am utterly disgusted by the entire experience. Your staff were extremely rude at the concession stands and your lack of cleanliness is appalling. The popcorn stations were a complete disgrace..We stood for 20 minutes waiting to go into the movie to open. As we entered the lights were off and adverts were playing making it almost impossible for us to see where we were going to get to our seats. During the entire duration of the movie, the air conditioner in the cinema did not come on ONCE. An hour into the movie I had SWEAT running down my back. I wanted to leave but my family's seats were in the middle of the cinema making it impossible to get up. My father, who is a pensioner was close to fainting toward the end of the movie as was I suffering from a terrible migraine and proceeded to be sick the rest of the evening. Every person who left the movie house was wet with sweat. Moipone Lekou the extremely rude Manager offered us complimentaries? I want a refund as I will never go back to your cinema!!!
