Disgusting cinema

My husband and I went to watch a movie on the 26 August for the 20:30 show Girl's Trip. 1. All the globes are burn out in the entrance area as you walk in to purchase tickets. 2. When I entered the ladies toilet all globes burn out there as well. 3. Toilet's had blood, faeces or urine in the toilet bowls 4. Toilets did not flush 5, Toilet I was used was dark, no lights 6. I could not wash my hands, no water, or no pressure for water 7. No toilet roll in any of the toilets 8. No hand wash 9. No hand towels 10. My husband used the men's toilets same story, all the urinals was blocked with urine. 11. Popcorn area dark and gloomy. No globes replaced

Please can you send one of your head office agents to look into this or inspect this movie house. I spoke to one of the ladies to complaint about the toilets but nothings was done.
