customer care is pathetic. Spoke to senzo now and he is the rudest, most unhelpful person! Hope u guys give a hoot about your reputation and deal with idiots like these ! You are paying him to chase away customers. Head office is just as worse! Your customer keeps asking me to call head office where no one ever answers!
