Disgusting and ********* Service

I would like to log an official complaint about ster kinekor. I had a subscription with them, which I was told is canceled. However, I was debited 2 months in a row for a canceled subscription. I contacted them on the 02/10/2020,and was told I would be refunded, its now the 19th and still no refund. I corresponded with a so called manager by the name of Kyle Fallie who had assured me my refund will be in my account by Friday,its Monday no refund and no response. Ster Kinekor has no customer service ethics as I have to constantly contact them to get a response. I am appalled and disgusted by there service.
