Disgusting and Expensive experience

<p>Arrived at Ster-Kinekor GREENSTONE to see a movie with my 2 kids (This is a real treat to them as it is expensive and dont do it often). </p> <p> </p> <p>We arrived in time to get tickets and snacks and be in the movie on time! When we arrived there were no staff around to help with the ticketing machines. After trying to book on 2 systems and being told my CC was delined i finally went to find someone who told me they dont work. He pointed me in the direction of a machine that did work. Then we moved onto the snacks. There were zero attendents to help. Besides which the place looked like a bomb exploded. I consisdered that i should not buy anything here as it was so filthy! I had to walk into the back kitchen to find the ladies drinking tea. They were not interested in even helping me. I have never experienced a service with such and attitude. To top it off they did not have any diet drinks. So what does someone who is Diabetic do? I asked if could go buy a drink next door and bring it into the movie and i was shouted at that i have to buy a drink from them. </p> <p> </p> <p>Movie was ok. After the movie i took my kids to the bathroom. There was no family bathroom so i used the Wheelchair bathroom. This was disgusting. There was dirt and urine all over the floor. No toilet paper, no soap!!!!! The basin was blocked. Seriously!!!! </p> <p><br />Are you telling me that i should pay R263 to have this DISGUSTING and DREADFUL experience??!?!?!!</p> <p><br />Now lets see how and if Ster-Kinekor respond!!!</p>
