disgusted paying customer

On a Friday Night there is 1 till working out of 9. None of the staff was actually willing to assist as they were all standing around looking pretty! Could not buy 3D glasses at 1 till then got sent to another till and then got sent back, they did not want to refund my ticket after that! the staff on the floor were not very helpful, when talking to me while chewing something, the helpline does not exist when phoning and this is the number on the back of their ticket, Manager does not know how the system works or was willing to find out the route of the problem, she simply turned her back and walked away, this was my first time coming to the cinema and I do not think I will go back and I will make sure that my friends and family do the same! Please fix this as I am sure there is more unhappy customers with the same problem!!! It is utterly pathetic and a complete slap in the face, the staff would rather stand around and make small talk to one another, and have to be chased down if you want them to \help"you.
