Disgusted!

I'm a great movie ***** and have been going to Ster Kinekor for over 18 years! On Friday night 15 July, I took my two teenage daughters on a date to the movies. They packed their own favorite snacks at home and brought them with. Long story short, their bags were confiscated before going in, which they understood BUT a lady who sat next to us had a Whole box of chocolates and large bag of Lays!!!! How on earth did they miss that at the door??? I felt so sorry for my girls who were so excited but ended up in tears because of the embarrassment! After 18yrs, this was definitely my last visit to the cinema. May I also add, am I the only one who feel the tickets are ridiculously expensive and their snacks are a complete *******!?? R35 for popcorn in a small brown bag?? ***!? My one star rating is only for the cleaning staff who were so friendly.
