Disgusted, disappointed and pathetic service!!!

I am utterly disappointed and disgusted in Ster kinekor. I always knew they were and are the worse movie threatre in the SA. My boyfriend and I booked tickets yesterday to watch Scream 5 today at Blue Route for the 12pm show. We planned to take leave and come all the way from Maitland. Bought the popcorn and snacks and when we walked into the cinema, a guy with reddish hair approached us to say that the projector blew. 1st of all? There should be a plan B and lady resort instead of telling us, they waiting on someone and his coming from Parrow and can they give us vouchers. Not the damn point!!!! Why wasnt there a backup projector and why not give us our money back and complimentary vouchers. I am disgusted and going to take this matter further or is it because it was only the two of us in the movies and nothing wanted to be done. I want answers !!!!!!
