Disgusted by service and accusations
<p>First problem- no packaging for promotional combo. Then told to buy a different one and upsize...</p> <p>Biggest problem- </p> <p>My children ages 9 & 11, went to the bathroom.. only to be told by a staff member they stole the shoes they were wearing.. what was supposed to be a nice outing turned into tears.. i aporoached the manager.. was even nice enough to do it in the office... no apology ir sorry maam i will sort it oyt nothing... just a shrug of the shoulders and a blank look as if to say... so what... </p> <p>Thank you for truelly disgusting and offensive behaviour...</p> <p>I definitely will not go there again</p>

Its been several weeks now and there has been absolutely no contact from ster kinekor except for the above message.
do you not respond or care. How long must we as consumers have to wait before problems are resolved.
