Disgusted

So much went wrong yesterday at ster kinekor, well let me start at the beginning. When I had to pay for my ticket my ster kinekor card didn't work I enquired by the teller how would I go about replacing it as I watch movies regularly well she passed the buck and told me to speak to the cashier next to her, this teller gave me every excuse why he couldn't replace it. Secondly the eft mmachine was broken I didn't receive a receipt and didn't have to sign for my purchase this raises concern especially with all the ***** in this country. Lastly the most disgusting experience ever I bought the combo with the whispers and decided to enjoy one of these malt ***** while watching the movie in the dark cinema only to be disgusted as I bit into a old dry insect crumpling whisperball, REALLY ster kinekor selling old stock to customers and of course I couldn't replace it as I didn't have a receipt
