Disgusted !!!

On 22 December my boyfriend and I went to watch Star-Wars at Ster-Kinekor Gateway. Without a doubt the BIGGEST mistake of our lives. <br> <br> We waited more than half an hour for 3D glasses, drinks and popcorn. The staff seemed not to care one bit and worked at a snails pace. When finally getting to the end of the line we were told by the lady behind the counter that we can't purchase Whispers - as the Whispers behind her is not her stock. It's her colleague's stock and she can't use it !!??<br> <br> Furthermore I had to wait in ANOTHER line for ANOTHER 30 minutes, seeing that they decided to close the bathroom in the cinema area and therefore only had 1 bathroom for the influx of people. Needless to say, because of this, neither of us made it to the movies on time. Myself and the rest of the people were highly annoyed.<br> <br> The young white manageress (not wearing a name badge !! - hence the discription) was rude, defensive and absolutely clueless. She handled the problem poorly and unprofessionally. <br> <br> One would expect a company as big and established as Ster-Kinekor to implement a plan for the holiday season - shifting more staff et cetera, to ensure good service.
