Disgraceful staff

We made a booking to watch the Valentine’s Day special, which is advertised and available to book at Somerset Mall Ster Kinekor and will then receive a goody bag. Upon arrival we see the sign outside but no goody bags. We ask the staff and was informed that they gave away the goody bags for a ladies night on the 13th of February. We walk back to the sign to show them the date said 14th. They called the unhelpful manager who said that he is not aware that Somerset West mall is a prestige cinema and he does not have anything available and we should be on our way to watch the movie. We went to get popcorn and cooldrink - what a suprise the slushi was warm with no ice. We are very disspointed, as the only reason we participated was due to the promise of a goody bag. The unhelpful and rude staff members were an absolute discrace. We will not be going to this cinema again.
