Disappointing - Prestige Cinema Gateway

My husband and I are regular users of the Prestige Cinema in Gateway and always enjoyed the experience and promoting it to friends and family, knowing its a luxury experience and worth it. However with our recent visit on 10 October 2015 its just extremely disappointing:<br> 1. The movie was delayed due to the cinema not being cleaned, we went through 3 times inside the cinema and out again due to the delay in cleaning. <br> 2. The drinks we ordered with the food, never came, we had to wait half way the movie when a staff member was delivering another person drinks, to request that our drinks are outstanding.<br> 3. Our recliner seats were faulty and not fully functional, (Cinema 10, Seats E3 and E4) we called and raised our concern with a staff member and was told that she would come back to us regarding changing our seats, however no one attended to our situation.<br> <br> Extremely disappointed at the this so called luxury experience, its definitely not worth it.
