Disappointed customer here

Worst experience ever at Ster-Kinekor Mimosa in Bloemfontein, Free State. Went there today (17th July 2025) watching Jurassic World in Cinema 6.

Staff didn’t care to check whether the cinema was operating properly, we had to ask for the lights to be switched off and for volume to be set up but they said the can assist with the lights but the sound comes from the screen and not the speakers.

So are the speakers only for decoration there😩😤. The maintenance of that place is nonexistent. Panels look like they gonna fall off the walls, speakers aren’t working, most toilet stalls aren’t working and there’s always a smell there, the cinema is partially cleaned and the seats are so uncomfortable.

I truly believe this was my last time there. Imagine paying to receive such poor service. Really disappointed in Ster-Kinekor Mimosa.
