Disappointed

-5 star rating to be honest. When the whole site crash happened on the 2nd of April, they had ample amount of time to let customers know PERSONALLY, not just send out a message via their social media. I booked for Avengers Endgame for the opening day only to get there and be told that “my ticket is on the cancelled bookings and on the refund list”. For me, it’s not even about being refunded it was about watching the movie. More importantly, I could have rebooked in the weeks leading up to the movie instead of being utterly disappointed that I won’t be able to watch the movie I’ve been looking for forward to watching on its opening weekend. But I was under the impression that my booking was fine because I received my confirmation and everything seemed fine.
