Disapointed

On Saturday the 10th of Feb My boyfriend and I went to watch Fifty Shades Of Freed at N1 City Ster-Kinekor, When I got to my seat the one in front of mine was broken and laying onto mine. I sat on the chair next to my original seat. One of the workers said that I HAVE to sit on my allocated seat even after I explained that is was broken and would then lay on my legs the whole time, She said that it was not her problem. After an uncomfortable sit through the movie with a chair on top of my lap, I went and spoke to her, she was fully aware of the broken seat but did not seem to worry about my discomfort and said that she could not do anything, she did not even apologise. She would have gotten a manger to phone me but I'm Still Waiting. If you pay for a ticket you expect your money's worth. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Reviewer Update
On Monday the 12th of Feb I filed a complaint about a broken chair and the bad service I had received at Ster-Kinekor N1 City Branch. I was contacted the following day but I was at that time busy attending a lecture seeing as I'm at University. I answered and asked them to call me back in a few minutes, which has not happened. I feel that Ster Kinekor has again failed in their service by not trying to contact me again after the initial call. If Ster Kinekor is really interested in making contact with me, I shall be available after 15h30 in the afternoon.
