I am horrified at the experience I ad at Cresta yesterday. I came with my 7 year old twins to watch moana 2. My son has Autism and has severe anxiety around strangers. I approached a worker to ask if i could see the manager to ask if i could get assistance. the manager passed me at least 6 times and took about 20 minutes to even acknowledge me. eventually he came to talk to me. He had no idea what autism is and because my son looks completely normal, probably did not believe me. I asked him to please assist with us avoiding to stand in the very long and crowded line. It took another half an hour to get some help, with my son now being in tears already. Does Ster Kinekor not accommodate for people with disabilities? Kindly contact me on *** to resolve this matter.
