Dirty & incompetant staff

<p>Last night we went to Ster Kinekor, The Zone in Rosebank and was appalled. The cinemas were so dirty. We had to clean our seats before we could sit down, the floor was covered with old popcorn , papers and used cups. </p> <p>The toilet were so dirty, the floor was covered in urine, dirty toilet paper and the doors were fill of hard toilet paper that had been splattered on them. The basin, you didnt even want to touch the taps and were covered in wet toilet paper too.</p> <p> </p> <p>The round tables in the waiting area were fill of salt and old popcorn and were not cleared for other people to and salt etc to their popcorn.</p> <p> </p> <p>I reported it to the staff but they just carried on chatting and did nothing about clearing and tidying uop for the next customers.</p> <p> </p> <p>I paid R228.00 for 3 tickets, which is not cheap + a further R150 for eats - shocking is all I can say</p>
