Dirty,Disgusting,Filthy cinema rooms

<p>I recently visited the cinema in Tygervalley for a late show with my sister for her birthday. Upon entering the cinema we were faced with the most horrible sight. The room was dirty, papers and popcorn were all over the place. The seats were dirty,moulded and full of sand.****roaches were all over,against the walls,between seats and on floor.The carpet on the stairs were ripped,I almost tripped and broke my ankle. I refused to sit on the seats or let alone be in that room.I went back to the counter to speak to the manager as I wanted a refund and just leave.No one was available, staff was ignoring clients and of no assistance.After 25minutes someone appeared,just to take my details and referred us to another movie. Our evening was ruined.I made a video.</p>
