Dim screen and poor visuals while watching Aladdin at Secunda Ster Kinekor

Went to watch Aladdin at the secunda mall today. The movie was so dim, we were unable to even see the faces of the actors. It ruined the whole movie for us. We asked them several time during the movie to make the screen brighter but they said the guy in charge was off that day. Didn’t enjoy the movie coz of how terrible the visuals were. We paid R96 for one ticket! Total waste of my money! Will never visit Secunda Ster kinekor again!
