debited for 2 ticket when 1 ticket bought

I booked one movie ticket(R62) for the Fast and the furious movie on my Sterkinekor app for the 05/04/2015 at 19:30 my credit card was double debited and charged for the price of 2 movie ticket the amount being R125-50 . I want the amount to be reversed. I have tried calling ticket Line I cannot get through. I logged complaints on their website and emails no resolution to my complaint. The only thing the staff at ticket Line can tell me is that the ticket price at Cresta is R62 per ticket which I agree but R125-50 was deducted from my credit card for this one ticket
