Day wasted

I had a terrible experience at Ster-Kinekor in at Sterland,the staff have less knowledge about their products, and have bad attitude,I ended up paying full price for my movies with my kids and we are all on Vatality,they had no idea what I was talking about when i told them I am a Vatality member, they could not even make a card for me,I wasted 1hr30mins there with clueless people,I will never go there again and i feel mistreated and undermined by does people
