Cresta ster kinekor very bad attitude
Ster kinekor Cresta sold me the wrong tickets for a movie that already been playing for 60minutes showing. I went to the office to rectify the mistake and they refused to reprocess the snacks combo with the ticket. The attitude was disgusting as if I'd done something wrong. I have experienced bad attitude most times I go to Cresta Ster kinekor. I will not come back to cresta ster kinekor. I will in future go to Monticasino movies where they have a great attitude and offer amazing customer service
