Cresta - Prestige Appalling

Having had a wonderful experience at Sandton Prestige with wine, decent food and great service, we booked online with great anticipation at Cresta on 15 Oct. Arrived, we were given menu's and we ordered a bottle of wine off the menue to be told by a very sullen waitress that we could not order wine or other alcohol off the menu as they were not licenced. Everywhere in the Cresta pestige lounge they are advertising wine. Nowhere on the website when booking were we notified of this. Once inside, during the movie we pushed the call button repeatedly to order coffee - it took someone over 25 minutes to respond. Shocking staff, shocking service, shocking communication. Turned what was hoping to be a lovely romantic evening into a very sullen affair. Very disappointed all round. We were prepared to pay a premium for the luxury and the service and what we could order, yet received none of it. If I could give no stars I would....

Ster Kinekor you are talking nonsense. Based on your complete lie above we again booked at Cresta Prestige this last weekend, and when we got there were informed they have still not got their licence so no wine on offer, 3 out of the 4 food choices were out of stock. Absolutely appalling.
And....are you going to take another 3 months to reply to this complaint?
