CRESTA CINEMA SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

Last night (the 2nd of October) i decided to check the times of the movie After we collided on the ster kinekor website for cresta shopping mall. According to the website the earliest movie started at quarter to one. The next day we got to the mall at around twenty to eleven In the morning and we waited outside the cinema because it was closed. We then tried to get one of the workers attention to ask what time they would be opening but nobody came to our aid. Eventually At eleven the one worker said that they will be open now. We then waited for a further fifteen minutes when another worker came and said that they would be opening at half eleven. We then came back and waited another 20 minutes looking at all of the workers relaxing and chatting away not bothered about the customers outside. Eventually the lady next to us went inside and spoke to them and they opened. We then went to book our movie only to find out that the only movie time showing was at half six in the evening. When i asked the lady what’s going on here because on their website it showed that there was a movie for quarter to one , she then gave me attitude and just brushed it off.

I am extremely ****ed off and disgusted at the **** customer service. If i had booked my tickets for quarter to one online what would have happened then? Would i have gotten a refund or just more attitude? If thats the case they should put on their website that the times will differ due to covid 19 and one should call in to see what times the movie will be showing. It was a waste of my morning, time and petrol.
