Couldnt watch movie

I took my friend on a treat to go watch Superman vs Batman at Sandton city all the way from the vaal on Sunday 10 April, expecting to get the real experience knowing the nice mall. When we started watching the 11h movie. When the adverts started the screen went black. After almost an hour of struggling to get it fixed. They said they will give everybody refunds because they cant fix it. We did not get refunds for the drinks. Only for the tickets. I bought the drinks for the movie, that i couldnt watch so i thought that they will refund that asswell. Sandton should do more maintenance
