Couldn't enjoy my movie

So yesterday Myself and 2 friends went to watch Avengers: Endgame at the Cinema in the promenade. I was seated next to a family of 6 with a 3month old baby and 2 kids that look like they aren't even close to being 13(the age restriction for the movie).

Not too long ago my six year old wanted to see how to train your dragon 3 and was refused entry to the cinema because he wasn't yet 7. So do only certain clients get to take children underage in to movies? and then how do I get this privilege for my kids?

This was not what bothered me most, I could not enjoy the movie at all as i was forced to listen to the two underage kids discuss the movie as it was happening and this family did not buy pop corn from the Cinema, they were somehow allowed in with packets of chips and if the conversations they were having throughout the movie wasn't enough the crackling of their chips packets drove me insane.

I thought that no food other than what was bought at the cinema was allowed in to the cinema? Again, is it only certain clients who get this privilege?

I definitely will not be visiting this Cinema again experiences with Numetro are far better!!!
