Continuous spam sms’ing

Ster Kinekor keeps spamming me with sms messages. I never signed up to receive these messages!!! I opt out every single time, yet they keep sending them, sometimes daily! What is the point of having an opt out when you point blank ignore it anyway, charging me for the opt out sms’s too!!!
