Concession Stand in Utter Chaos!

On 27th we had gone to watch Batman vs Superman (20:45 show) in the Imax theatre. <br> The purchasing of popcorn/snacks was a horrible experience!<br> 1st, It took us 25 mins to get to a self service counter - there were many units out of order, the 1 I used ran out of paper and a staff member had to get a print out for me (add 20 mins).<br> Then there was the long queues that didnt move. (add 30 more mins)<br> eventually the imax counter upstairs opened up at about 20:30. This was not any better I waited another 30 mins as they were serving customers so slow, ran out of cold drinks, ran out of popcorn and the 1 person (out of 2 staff) left and didnt come back! <br> so quite possibly I would have to wait more than an hour and a half ... <br> are you an international flight? how many hours does one have to go in advance to get popcorn and coke?<br> seriously?<br> I did not collect my order as i could not wait any longer or i wouldve have missed the starting of the movie. <br> 1. please advise me how i will get a refund of my R123.00?<br> 2. Whats the point of the self service kiosk if you still have to repeat your order to the person at the snack counter?<br> 3. please look into improving your service in future.
