Complaint - Tygervalley Sterk-Kinekor

To Whom it May Concern

I went yesterday afternoon to watch Ferdinand and the movie was wonderful. My complaint comes in that it was 3 adults and 1 kid that went and the tickets cost us around R280 and the Food and Cooldrinks in the region of R100.00

Firstly, the popcorn was ice cold and when you chewed on it felt like 2 day old popcorn.

Then we walked into the Cinema 3 and the state of the Cinema was disgusting. It had not been cleaned up, there was popcorn laying all over as in where people had dropped their full boxes on the floor, there was still coldrinks int the cup holders that we had to move. When i went to complain they took like 1 minute just to clean the isles up and that was all and we had to even clean our own seats. During the movie my daughter needed the bathroom and i took her to the Wheelchair bathroom and it was disgusting. There was poo in the toilet, toilet paper laying all over and the seat was even filthy. I went and walked to the ladies that do the cleaning and they did not even acknowledge me when i complained and just carried on standing their the 4 of them talking with out a worry.

I just feel that Tygervalley is a premium mall with a great Cinema but this really put me off badly about the Cinemas. I really think this needs to be looked at.
