<div>On Sunday the 2nd April 2023 i went to drop off my kids at the cinema at around 14:30pm.i was assisted by a gentleman whose name i did not get as he was not wearing a name tag.i greated him and asked him to please not put ice in the drinks,he rudely asked me as to why i did not tell him from the start,was he supposed to assume that i do not want ice and i told him we had forgotten,again very rudely he asked “so what am i supposed to do?”.At that moment i got very angry and asked him why was he being so rude,he answered “you can do whatever it is you want” and that it it how they work,they can’t assume if a customer does not say,I asked him to please call his manager for me,he told asked me if i expect him to leave his job and go call the manager and i answered “yes”,he told me he will not go call the manager,i must go look for him in his office.At that moment i decided to keep quiet as there were lots of kids on the que and the gentleman looked and behaved like he was drunk.He continued with insults until he finished with my order and i left his counter.I have been a huge costomer of Ster-kinokrr for more than 20years and have never felt so disrespected and humiliated like this,i am so disgusted with the ster-kinoker waterfall mall.&nbsp;</div>
