Complaint about seats and movie
Last Friday night my fiance and myself went to Bayside Centre to the Ster Kinekor cinema. Firstly there was no one at the counter to buy tickets. When we went into the cinema, the seats we had a were broken, we complained and were told to sit further down, there were about 4 seats broken in that row. The movie started, about half way through it just stopped, black screen. One of the other customers went out to complain, about 5 minutes later it started again. Only to happen again near the end. When we left after the movie my fiance went to the Manager's office, the person there said that the guy who ran the movies had the wrong list??I sent a message via Facebook messenger to Ster Kinekor on Friday night when I got home. I was contacted by a lady from head office on Saturday saying they would e-mail me vouchers and escalate the complaint to the regional manager. As yet I have not received the vouchers. When I enquired on Monday a I was first asked if I had a reference number, I said none of two people I spoke to gave me one, they said they will follow up. I enquired yesterday, no response and as of now, still no response. They don't seem to know what's happening or even care about customer service. Spending R300 for broken seats and a movie cutting out twice is so not cool!!
