Complaint about complaint ... IMAX bad experience at Mall of Africa

<p>I tried to complain directly with Ster-Kinekor through their website, but clearly they prefer the complaints to go through a public channel as no one responded. Why do companies want you to blow a fuse instead of resolving things decently ... </p> <p>Saturday we went to IMAX at Mall of Africa to watch the 19:45 movie. Theatre was dirty and the cleaners walked in at 19:50, the movie only started after 20:00. At that price hire puntual staff. The whole experience was bad.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would strongly advise people not to waste their money on going to IMAX at Mall of Africa unless you dont mind moving popcorn and empty cool drink contrainers off your seat and waiting for the movie to start late.</p>
