Complaint

I would like to share a very horrible experience that I had experienced at Ster KInekor Cradlestone Mall<br> My wife and I, after many months had the opportunity of date night with no kiddies.<br> My 2 elder kids had gone away to Kroonstad for the holidays and we had hired a baby sitter for my 1 year old.<br> We reside in Lenasia which is about 40 minutes away from Cradle Stone Mall and prefer watching movies at Cradlestone Mall.<br> We had booked the Prestige cinema for Spectre and was really looking forward to it.<br> However after buying all our goodies for the movie we had found someone in our seats being A4-5 and refused to move as there was some issue with the bookings at ster kinekor<br> There were double bookings for seat number A2-3.<br> There wasn't anyone to remove the said couple from our seats and I had feared that if I had to intervene then things could've gotten very ugly.<br> I had taken this up with the manager on duty who did do his best but told me that there wasn't much he could do and would escalate the situation with his superiors. His name is Mr. Mlu.<br> It is almost a week and Ster Kinekor has still not resolved anything nor have i been contacted by them in the time frame that they had given.
