Dear Ster-Kinekor complaints department,<br> Please make reference to all emails sent on ref #: 29640<br> My whole experience with dealing with Wayne Singh has been frustrating. He ability to deal with customers is very concerning as I find his ethics are very untruthful.<br> When I had my discussion with Wayne took place \telephonically"he said that he would like to invite \""us\"" to the new Opening of the IMAX theatre. I do not think that I would have information of any cinema launches/opening if it was not proposed and offered to me.<br> One thing that I can state - I can continue to compliment the service that Sandton City continuously offers and provides their customer (in terms of a comparison between Sandton City and Eastgate cinema service). With no doubt Sandton City will always have my recommendation as well as the Greenstone Cinema as their staff is always friendly and helpful.<br> Because of one man's leadership and ethics"
