Complaint

I was at ster kinekor N1 city on Sunday and I was very disappointed. Firstly the cinema sound was so bad I hardly heard anything. Cup holders were broken I either had to keep my drink in my hand or on the ground. The seats weren't even cleanThe staff didn't even close the door when the movie started and I had to keep getting up to close it. The staff were also talking extremely loud during the movie and it was very desturbing. The slush puppy was very watery and I couldn't mix all the flavors where as I normally at other ster kinekors can mix all the flavors. The popcorn was so hard like it was old. And lastly the cinema toilets were very filthy Truely disappointing and I love going to ster kinekor but will not be going there anytime soon
