Complain

My friends and I booked on line to watch 50 Shades of Grey at Sterkinor Southgate for the 14/02/15 however we were disappointed due to load shedding, we were told we had to wait for the electricity to come back on or phone the customer care number ***) due to us booking on line , we could not get trough to this number, We were told as soon as the electricity comes on we will be able to watch the movie, we sat around trying to dial the customer care number using up all our airtime with no satisfaction. Thereafter we were told we cannot watch the 8 o clock show for it was fully booked, again we were told to phone customer service, we challenge the guy at ster kinekor to phone the number after being shunt around for 4 hours, only after the guy tried calling his customer service number were we given tickets to watch the movie else where , at this time the movie was totally fully booked at all the other Ster Kinekor cinemas , the customer service we received was really bad unacceptable, we were told because we booked on line we had to phone the customer service number for a refund, my time money and energy was wasted this day, I cannot believe Ster Kinekor does not have a genera
