Club card

I joined their club program...and my first sign up they payment was made , I enjoyed the benefits for the the month of August, how ever in September they took a late payment result in my membership revoked, that is not my issue, my issue is that they have not returned my debit for September . Since I haven't used the benefits at all ...I have been emailing them back and forth and still no resolution
