Client service horrible

Last night my Fiance and I wanted to see Somerson in the Prestige Cinema, when we went to book the tickets, my fiance asked the lady at the counter if this movie is for the Prestige Cinema and she assured us that it was. we went for supper and when we came back we were informed that it was for the normal cinema. when we went to inquire, the lady said \O sorry my mistake". I find this totally unacceptable as this was my first movie experience at Cradlestone mall. honestly how is there no \""manager\"" type person on duty when these things happen.
